Netflix Fight Between Mike Tyson & Jake Paul Pushed to November

All hell broke loose when Netflix announced a fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, but we’ll have to wait a little longer for this duo to enter the ring. The highly-anticipated fight has been pushed from July to November due to Tyson’s health problems. The former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson and social media personality Jake Paul were supposed to step into the ring on July 20, but Netflix decided to postpone the fight. They’re now expected to come face to face on November 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Netflix officials explained that Tyson recently suffered an ulcer flare-up on a cross-country flight from Miami to Los Angeles. After consultations with medical professionals, it became clear the fight should be pushed to a later date, giving him enough time to recover and return to full training with no limitations. Tyson released a statement saying he was advised to take a break from training for the time being and thanked his fans for their support and understanding during this time. “Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flare-up, I have been advised by my doctor to lighten my training for a few weeks to rest and recover. My body is in better overall shape than it has been since the 1990s, and I will be back to my full training schedule soon,” said Tyson in a statement.
