Mohamed Salah’s Historic Hat Trick Leads Liverpool to 7-1 Win Against Rangers

Mohamed Salah is no stranger to hat tricks, but his latest was unlikely any other we’ve seen before. He made history by scoring three goals in just six minutes, leading Liverpool to an epic 7-1 win against Rangers in their latest Champions League face-off. Liverpool obliterated Rangers on Wednesday night after the Reds managed to completely turn things around in the second half. Rangers started off strong, with Scott Arfield netting the opening goal, but Roberto Firmino quickly evened out the score for Liverpool and it was all downhill from there. Firmino scored another goal ten minutes into the second half, followed by Darwin Núñez. The real spectacle happened when Mohamed Salah came off the bench and netted not one, not two, but three spectacular goals for Liverpool! Harvey Elliott sealed the deal for the Reds with another goal three minutes before the final whistle, giving them the mind-blowing 7-1 lead. Salah’s fantastic hat trick was definitely the game’s most memorable moment. It took him just six minutes and 12 seconds to score three goals against the Rangers and write his name into the history books. This marks the fastest hat trick in Champions League history, breaking the record previously held by Bafetimbi Gomis, who scored three goals in eight minutes and 45 seconds while playing for Lyon against Dinamo Zagreb in 2011.
