New York Knicks Overcome 21-Point Deficit to Beat Milwaukee Bucks

Most NBA teams aren’t able to make a comeback after a 21-point deficit – and then there are the New York Knicks. They proved nothing is impossible during their latest clash with the Milwaukee Bucks and managed to come out victorious despite their early deficit. Things were looking bleak for the Knicks after the game’s opening, but they kept their head high after falling 21 points behind. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 25 points for Milwaukee, but he couldn’t compete with Julius Randle, who led the Knicks to another win with 32 points and 12 rebounds. Randle believes this game really showed the team’s character. The Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau echoed his statement and praised the players for never giving up. “Obviously, you don’t want to get down like we did, but we did. It’s a long game. You’ve got to keep fighting and get it to a manageable number. Once we got going a little bit and we made a couple hustle plays, it galvanized us and gave us energy,” Thibodeau told the reporters. The win against Milwaukee follows two disappointing losses for the Knicks in their recent face-offs with the Pacers and the Raptors. Their next game will see them go head to head with the Cleveland Cavalier on Sunday night.
