Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams to Fight for Super Bowl Title

Super Bowl LVI is just two weeks away, and it will see two underdogs fighting for the title. The Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams are set to square off in the big game, after scoring championship victories on Sunday afternoon. The Los Angeles Rams secured their Super Bowl spot after defeating the San Francisco 49ers, 20-17. This will mark their fifth time competing for the Super Bowl title, and they only have one victory under their belt – they previously won Super Bowl XXXIV in 1999 as the St. Louis Rams. The Cincinnati Bengals are set to join them after coming out victorious after the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite having the upper hand since the game took place at their home stadium Arrowhead in Kansas City, the Chiefs struggled to prove their dominance and lost to the Bengals in overtime, 27-24. The Bengals are coming into this game as a clear underdog since they never won a Super Bowl title and this marks their first trip to the big game since the 1988 season. Despite their run of bad luck, the team’s quarterback Joe Burrow thinks we shouldn’t write them off. "I'm tired of the underdog narrative. We're a really, really good team. We're here to make noise. Teams are gonna have to pay attention to us. Like I said, we're a really good team with really good players and coaches and we're coming for it all," Burrow told Sports Illustrated. The 2022 Super Bowl is set to take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on February 13.
